Welcome to the first in my series on procrastination.  It’s aimed at helping you understand why you procrastinate and what to do about it, so you have the tools to move forward positively.

Choose your self-talk so it helps rather than hinders you, and notice the difference it makes.

    If this is part one, I can’t wait until part 2. Thanks so much for writing this. Yes, procrastination is a big one for sure. The best way for me to overcome procrastination is to just DO something, anything. Action leads to inspiration which leads to having the motivation to continue.

      Thanks for this Dean. Glad you enjoyed the first in my series on procrastination. Great comment about action! If we can create our own success, by taking some action, then success really does breed success.
