What Bugs You?

what bugs you?Yes, it’s a genuine question. I’d love to know! What bugs you?

You see, coaching is all about helping you overcome the things that bug you, and instead achieve what you want to in life. If you can tell me some of your challenges, then that will help me to tailor my articles, and my coaching, to supporting you better.

So what is it that keeps you awake at night, or stops you from being (or achieving) your best?

Things that bug people I work with

Some people tell me it is their lack of confidence or self-belief.

Others, their lack of a healthy work-life balance or their overwhelm or stress.

Still others tell me they hate their work and wish they could find a career that matched who they are and means they feel fulfilled and happy.

Then there are those who don’t have any ‘me’ time and want to find themselves again, feel fit and healthy and have fun.

Some feel to have descended into a negative mindset and wish they could feel positive again and rediscover their ‘mojo’.

And others just simply never feel to have been in the driving seat of their life or making good decisions for themselves and want to feel in control of their own destiny.

So what’s yours?

You can read what bugs some of the people I’ve worked with, and how they turned that around. Then get in touch with your own thoughts.

Let me know by replying or leaving a comment below.  I promise to read all your comments and will be responding over the next few weeks, tailoring my articles to suit.

Don’t hold back.  I’m waiting to hear!

And if what you might really need is some professional coaching to help you deal with your challenges, then just get in touch and we’ll set something up.

Yes! This is an interesting one and no doubt different for everyone.
Mine is that if someone has upset me I just can’t let it go. The only thing that works is time … and probably a lot of it!
I mull it over again and again. I probably stop seeing that person if I can but still the negativity remains. I’d love to break that chain and simply move on.

That sounds tough, Ali! Thanks for your comment. I’m sure your bugbear is shared with others and that we can help you move on. Sounds a useful topic for an article. Watch this space!

Reading but not being able to remember, recall, really understand the text

    • Elizabeth Juffs February 16, 2018 at 9:04 am #

That must be so frustrating for you, Judith! I wonder what gets in the way of your recall and understanding. Do you know?
It may be that it is stress-related. Stress gets in the way of so many things in our lives, and that includes concentration and memory. If so, perhaps doing something about that, rather than the actual reading, might be helpful.
Thanks for your comment. Let me know if I can support you in this in any way.

Not making the most of spare time – the week and months simply fly by.

    • Elizabeth Juffs February 26, 2018 at 8:44 am #

Ah yes, that’s one I hear often….or at least, not making the most of time and instead procrastinating. Good subject for an article – keep a look out! Thanks Patrick.

People who have no respect for others REALLY bug me!

    • Elizabeth Juffs February 26, 2018 at 8:45 am #

That bugs me too, Rachel! It doesn’t take much to offer kindness and respect to others, yet some seem to find it difficult. Dealing with such people might be the subject of a future article. Watch this space!
