Things that bug people I work with
Some people tell me it is their lack of confidence or self-belief.
Others, their lack of a healthy work-life balance or their overwhelm or stress.
Still others tell me they hate their work and wish they could find a career that matched who they are and means they feel fulfilled and happy.
Then there are those who don’t have any ‘me’ time and want to find themselves again, feel fit and healthy and have fun.
Some feel to have descended into a negative mindset and wish they could feel positive again and rediscover their ‘mojo’.
And others just simply never feel to have been in the driving seat of their life or making good decisions for themselves and want to feel in control of their own destiny.
